Great service great pizza. We saw a focaccia and the guys said he could make it into a whole Sicilian pie for us even though he never has before. That’s awesome and the pizza was phenomenal. Great flavor in the dough

I’ve been to A LOT of restaurants, and I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say this place has probably the best pizza I’ve had in the entire state of NJ. You can tell just by the smell when you walk in and the look of the food that it’s high quality, and the food speaks for itself. They have a small menu, especially compared to most Italian places with a 4 page menu, which means they truly specialize in and have perfected their offered dishes and use only the best ingredients to offer consistent quality. If Chef Gordon Ramsay were to open a Pizzaria, I truly believe this is how he’d operate it! There is no way you’ll eat this food and not like it!

I have just experienced pizza nirvana, and it's called Famous Ray's Pizza! Seriously, I'm writing this with a cheesy grin plastered across my face and a happy, full belly. From the moment I walked in, the aroma alone was enough to make my eyes water (in a good way!). The staff? Absolute legends! So friendly, so passionate about their pizza, you could tell they genuinely cared. I ordered the Buffalo chicken and cheese slices, and let me tell you, it was a masterpiece. The crust? Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The sauce? Oh, the sauce! It was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love. And the toppings! Fresh, generous, and bursting with flavor. Every single bite was an explosion of deliciousness. I'm talking "stop-talking-to-your-friends-because-you're-too-busy-savoring-every-morsel" good. I've had a lot of pizza in my life, but this? This is on a whole other level. It's the kind of pizza that makes you want to write a love poem. It's the kind of pizza that restores your faith in humanity. It's the kind of pizza that I'm already planning my next visit for! If you're looking for a LEGEND pizza in town, heck, in the UNIVERSE, look no further than Famous Ray's. You won't regret it! Five stars? I'd give them ten if I could!

As a native NYer born and raised, stopped by this pizza spot randomly, and WOW. My wife and I were both taken back to 90s NYC on the first bite! Authentic style and NYC flavor in a slice. We will be coming back for more!!

Most flavorful pizza. The buffalo chicken. Grandma slice are amazing for my cheat days. And they are fast with uber pickup and takeout orders.

This spot is easily not only the best pizza in Jersey, but easily one of the best pizza's in the States! I love swinging by just to get my hands on a Chicken bacon ranch slice. Its amazing quality craft perfection. Unexplainable delicious. You just can't take my word for it, you have to try it for yourself. You won't regret it!
